RETURNS

Because our items are handmade custom orders, we can't accept returns/refunds. With the exceptions of the item being damage. If something is wrong with your item, please send us a picture of what is wrong. From there we will assess the situation and proceed from there with a refund, replacement, or store credit. 

• Clearance items are final sale and can't be returned.
• Refunds will be send once item(s) is returned.
• Returned items must have no visible wear or tear on them. If they do, your refund will not be given. 

Turnaround time is currently 4-6 weeks.
